Waste of time and money

Waste of time and money. Bought this book, but the reports and files needed for this book are in a zip file named cr2011.zip To have the link to the zip file sent to you, send an email to cr2011@tolanapublishing.com. I have checked the spam folder but no email has been received. Thus cannot effectively use the book to follow along.
